I asked Jackie Kyles to help me find a home about 2 years ago. I had some very specific needs when it came to the home. Basically, I was one of "those" clients you hate to see coming. Jackie took on the challenge and did not give up until she found me the perfect house. She must have shown me more than 100 homes. If I were her I would have given up on me long ago but not Jackie. I am not talking about a million dollar house either. The asking price of the house I purchased was only $159K. Jackie went back and forth with the selling agent with pricing until we struck a deal. I think she was more surprised than I was that the 2 year hunt was finally over for us. She took care of everything for me, suggesting and ordering a home inspection, pest inspection, talking to my lender etc. She came to closing, helped me with moving, turning on the electric and gas and has called me several times to be sure my daughter and I are happy. I have never encountered anyone in the service industry that has her level of customer service skills or customer satisfaction. She is a true asset to her industry and company.
