Brian Koepf began inspecting homes in Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. in 1972 after graduating from the University of Virginia, serving in the U.S. Army, and working in corporate management. His 35 year career stands out for master level real estate inspections, top credentials, extensive education and training, specializations, public speaking, expert testimony, and leadership.
