For me, being a REALTOR is about more than simply selling homes. I am a licensed Realtor and Residential Specialist with Keller Williams Advantage Realty since 2005. I was awarded "Rookie of the Year" in my first year of Real Estate and have maintained top sales levels each year since. I am ranked in the top 20% of Real Estate professionals in my Market Center and have recently been honored with a position on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Advantage.
I am blessed with an amazing family; I married my high school sweetheart and traveled the world following him from mIlitary base to military base for many years as he proudly served in the United States Army. After which, we decided it was important to come "back home" to Florida and raise our children where they could be close to family and reconnect with old friends. The experiences I had and relationships I've built over the years as a military wife enabled me to really connect with people and understand various lifestyles which has served me well for my career in Real Estate.
Prior to beginning a career in Real Estate, I worked as an Account Representative and Program Manager for a National Marketing & Promotional Advertising Speciality company as well as a Promotional Events Coordinator and Trainer for a Florida based promotions company. My extensive sales experience and expertise in marketing and contract negotiations enable me to effectively represent my clients and ensure that their real estate transactions run smoothly & successfully.
