What sets me apart is my dedication to up to date information in an ever changing lending environment and a commitment to consistent communication. As the market has shifted towards FHA  and VA being the prevalent sources for entry level buyer and high leverage financing, which have become the primary source of real estate transactions in Las Vegas, I aligned myself with one of the very few banker/brokers in the Southern Nevada area that has it's FHA full eagle status as well as it's VA LAPP status. What this means is that while other loan officers are waiting on some wholesale lenders turntimes, playing phone tag with their account executive, or frantically trying to reach some underwriter 3 states away via email, I can simply walk to my UW's office and get the information needed in a matter of minutes.
