About Lynn - Background & Passion

Since 2003, I'm the attorney that does closings for title companies.  In 2008, almost 90% of my closings business was in REOs. So with the change in the law here in WA affecting Real Estate Licensees and Distressed Property, I decided to get my real estate license and specialize in that area.

And who know what was to become...

I am both an Attorney and Managing Broker.  My practice is in the area of pre- and post-foreclosure workouts and frequently involves repayment/forbearance plans, loan modifications and (lots of) short sale transactions.  I currently serve on the newly created Department of Licensing/Real Estate Commission Short Sale Task Force.  I am also active in a number of legal and civic organizations, speaker at seminars, including the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, various real estate offices (Windermere, John L. Scott and Keller Williams), and as a new Instructor with the Washington Association of Realtors, I offer Clock Hour classes to Realtors in Washington. 

Catch me on the radio!  I'm also a frequent guest on Real Estate Radio with Goebbel and Gray (1150 AM KKNW) on Thursday afternoons from 2 - 3 PM.

And off the clock?  In addition to my volunteer activities, I enjoy the theater, opera, symphony and cooking (mostly healthy).  I'm an avid New York Yankees fan and can be found walking around Green Lake in the little spare time that remains.
