I recommend Lynn as an agent because she listened to me about what I wanted in a home. We only looked in the neighborhood where I wanted to live. We looked several times until we found the right house for me. Then she helped me find financing.

Another thing is that Lynn recommended I do a survey before purchase. Turned out to be a good idea since the next-door neighbor had fenced in a large area 9 feet into my property. After I moved in, Lynn came by to help me stake out the actual property line so the situation was easy for the neighbor to see. Then she assisted me with contacting the neighbor and we resolved everything very pleasantly.

Lynn's real estate experience was a valuable benefit to me. She saw my former home was unoccupied for a long period of time around ten years ago and contacted me about hiring her to look for a tenant. She prepared the right information and soon provided good tenants. We have worked together all these years.  I still work at my company four days a week. Last fall, with my 93rd birthday coming up in January 2011, I decided to turn the house over to my daughter to handle.

I recommend Lynn's careful management to anyone who has a home to lease. Whenever I called for something I needed, she responded quickly. Whatever repairs I needed on the house, Lynn sent workers who did a professional job. Lynn is good at her job.
