Hermosa Beach is the smallest of the 4 beach cities on the Pacific Ocean, It is just south of LAX. Many producers and writers live here along with a powerful ton of athletes. Volleyball on the beach is only one of our local activities. El Segundo close by has the training area for the fabulous LAKERS! It used to be the Hippie city, lately the party city but mainly it is a city of independant thinkers, leaders in companies, and mostly everyone wants the freedom and beauty of the ocean, the air, the quality of life.

We have 3 major MLS areas in Hermosa Beach, Sand, Valley and East of Pacific Coast Highway. We have the webcam and Hennessey's  tavern. That is one of our favorite places to eat hamburgers-two for one on Tuesdays! The Hermosa beach Historical Society is a unique spot preserving our history, even with a full lifeguard stand inside.

Choosing financing is just as important as choosing your home. The interest rates are at an all time low plus there are unique loans for Dr's, teachers, and a variety of other "deals" to go with great loans.  I interact constantly with lenders and make sure that you have all the information that you need to decide on a home loan. We have a variety of home styles at the beach as well as home prices. Location, Ocean Veiw and condition are big factors in the price of homes.  I show my home sellers all the comparable properties so they see that they are in the right price for their home sale choice of price.
