I love real estate, as is evident in the fact that I have been in real estate for over 21 years. As a full-time professional realtor and a mother of three, I have found serving the public and helping people find their dream of owning their own home, very rewarding. My husband of 36 years has been very supportive of the long hours that I work and has even become more involved in the running of The Grimes Team!
One thing that I have found is that continuing education is utmost important to help me stay on top of the market. I have obtained four designations during my real estate career they are Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Accreditred Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and my latest designation is the International Real Estate Specialist (IRES), this allows me to help you globally to find that perfect vacation or second home, whether it be in France, Costa Rica, California or Florida, anywhere! I have taken courses on the Investors Dream, the 1031 Exchange and I am presently working on two other designations that will improve my assistance with my clients.
I service many areas in the Dalls/Fort Worth Metroplex in Texas, along with Waco and the Austin, Texas areas. I have sold many homes in all areas and have assisted churches, investors, buyers, and sellers in their purchases of land, churches and homes. I am presently working on selling a few hospitals and am involved in a large commercial complex coming soon to North Dallas.

My passion is working with our local Ministry Center that goes to the devastated areas to feed the people. Over the last decade we have fed millions of people all across the United States and Mexico. We went to places such as Los Angeles, Ca., Biloxi, Ms.. New Orleans, La., Beaumont, Tx, Pittsburg, Pa., Detroit, Mi., San Antonio, Tx., Orlando, Fl., just to name a few.
My favorite hobby is oil painting. I love to paint the Texas bluebonnet landscapes. I have also been known to do some portraits, however, I have a long way to go on that subject!

| We decided to move after 21 years in the same home. We have been married almost 27 years, and have accumulated a lot of "stuff". Needless to say, we knew nothing about the real estate market, or the processes that are now necessary to buy and sell a home.
