- My real estate business combines both residential and commercial sales. With energy sales in my background, I have experience in construction and equipment and working with builders and architects.
About Me:
Having lived in a large range of towns in Southern Maine and Central Maine, I have a real understanding of the geographic landscape. Additionally, as an avid skier, I also have a knowledge of the mountains and lakes regions of Maine making me a perfect choice to help a client find their second home.
With energy sales and equipment in my backgound, my knowledge gives me an edge looking at homes with buyers, or listing a home with a seller. It is my intent to complete my designation as an eco-broker in the next few moths which will fit nicely with my energy background.
On a personal note, I am a classical singer that performs with the Portland Choral Art Society Masterworks Chorus. Additionally, I have been a member of PortOpera for their productions of "Carmen" in 2005 and "Romeo and Juliet" this season. I belong to the Gorham Garden Club and have a landscape business with my fiance, Lanny Keogh, at our home in Gorham, Maine, called Keogh Landscapes.
This year, I am a founding committee member of New Year Gorham--a first night celebration in my town. I am responsible for the performers and I will be one myself singing with a small ensemble known as the Choral Art Society Carolers. We will be performing at the First Parish Church, one of many venues for this New Year celebration. Come and join our festivities for just the small cost of a button.
