Markeing 4 Realtors is a partnership that was formed in August of 2006.  Prior to that, I had been a VA full-time since 1998 and have worked specifically with real estate professionals starting in 2003.  My partner, Tina Campbell, and I are both certified Professional Real Estate Virtual Assistants through the REVA Network (http://www.revanetwork.com/), are listed as PREVAs on IREAA (http://www.ireaa.com/), I am the Chairperson of the Lead Management Guild through the REVA Network (www.revanetwork.com/news.php), and Tina is a certified Virtual Assistant through IREAA.  Tina is also currently certified through NAR - the National Association of Realtors.
 
It is important for us to let you know that we are highly invested in the team approach to virtual assisting.  Working alone is not an efficient business practice and always causes problems.  As a result, over the years, we've developed a team of associates who work closely with us and our clients.  They have all signed non-disclosure agreements and we trust them implicitly with our client details.  This allows us to not only be able to provide services to our clients that may not be in our primary skillset, but we are also able to take on a much larger work load than a single VA can handle.  It also affords us the opportunity to take vacations and have family time when necessary without leaving our clients in the lurch while we're away.  It is a win-win situation for all involved. 

Tina and I both handle lead management and listing coordination. We work perfectly together as our relationship initially began as primary subcontractors.  Tina focuses on the listing coordination side as that is her passion and I focus on the lead management and marketing end, which is what I love to do!

• entering listings in the MLS systems you utilize
• setting up listings on your website
• creating virtual tours
• enhancing listings on websites like Realtor.com
• creating and sending Just Listed postcards
• setting up and implemeting marketing campaigns for your listings

Lead Management

Services here include:

• setting up your drip campaigns and action plans to properly market to your leads (current, past, and potential)
• coordinating all of your marketing projects
• telephone follow-ups

We both have experience with Top Producer, Rainmaker e-Central, Sharper Agent, and Imprev and can assist you in maximizing these and other programs to their fullest potential for your business.
