I am a proud member of the National, Maryland and Frederick County Association of REALTORS® and the Metropolitan Regional Information System (MLS). Having lived in Baltimore, Carroll and Frederick Counties since the 1980’s, I have seen these areas grow, and know them well.

Before entering the real estate field, I was the Director of Advertising and Marketing for an 11-store independent music retail chain, where I worked for 8 years. During this time I became and expert in effective marketing and advertising, utilizing many medias. This experience and knowledge enables me to provided up-to-the minute marketing solutions for my clients and each unique property I sell.

My listing presentation is very detailed and offers a wealth of information. I prefer to do it in a 2-step process. First, I visit the property to gather information & review condition. The second meeting is to review my market study and determine the best price and marketing plan for your property. I am not a limited service broker. I live with my husband, school age daughter, our dog and cat in Keymar, Maryland. We enjoy skiing, hiking, music and spending time with family and friends.
