I have over 10 years experience in mortgage banking. My boundaries for lending are the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. I am a certified Renovation specialist. I also am a certified VA/FHA loan officer.

My Experience

My 10+ years in the mortgage banking industry has allowed me to become a subject matter expert in several areas.  I am knowledgeable in the 1st Time Home Buyer markets where  I facilitate monthly home buyer education classes in the DC, MD, and VA areas currently.  I am also a Miltary mortgage Certified Home Mortgage Consultant where I assist miltary(active and non), reservists, and retired/disabled personell obtain VA finanicng.  In conjunction with these two markets comes my expertise in FHA financing as well.  I have done a great deal of work in almost every real estate market. I have been very succesful in the high end loans, as well as , in assisting the Move Up Buyer--purchasing there 2nd home, vacation, or rental property.

Being committed to the above markets has led me to deliver on my promise of creating client relationships for life.  I have a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service which has led to my 100% customer satisfaction rating the last 4 years in a row.  Along with the passion of assisting buyers and existing homeowners, I also offer Renovation finanicng for those borrowers who want to purchase and renovate all in one loan, or the borrower that owns currently and would like to do some minor or major upgrades.
