About Us:
My wife and I have been selling real estate in Sarasota and Manatee Counties since 2002. We started with the purpose of serving the real estate needs of all buyers and sellers in our area. We currently sell throughout both Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Some of our key markets include the East Area of Manatee County, Bay and river Front. We sell a wide range of homes, and our buyers appreciate our knwoledge of the wider market.
Currently we are working hard in the short sale market, foreclosures, and investment homes. Our market prices have been dropping for the past 3 years and there has never been a better time to buy in our area. Home prices as of late 2009 are almost the same as 10 years ago!
Our focus on customer service, and knowledgable representation have created a successful business. We were awarded "Rookie of the Year" for our first year in business. Consistently we have ranked as the Top Selling, and Listing agent for our office for the past 4 years. For 2006 we had in excess of 20 million in sales and over 75 transactions, and we were ranked in the top ten agents for our region. This year we are on track to surpass last year.
