About Us:

My wife and I have been selling real estate in Sarasota and Manatee Counties since 2002.  We started with the purpose of serving the real estate needs of all buyers and sellers in our area. We currently sell throughout both Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Some of our key markets include the East Area of Manatee County, Bay and river Front.  We sell a wide range of homes, and our buyers appreciate our knwoledge of the wider market.

Currently we are working hard in the short sale market, foreclosures, and investment homes.  Our market prices have been dropping for the past 5 years and there has never been a better time to buy in our area.  Home prices are now many times the same as 10 years ago!

Our focus on customer service, and knowledgable representation have created a successful business.  We were awarded "Rookie of the Year" for our first year in business.  Consistently we have ranked as the Top Selling, and Listing agent for our office for the past 7 years.  For 2011 we had in excess of 14 million in sales and over 83 transactions, and we were ranked in the top ten agents for our region.

Lakewood Ranch-  Lakewood Ranch has been named as one of the best "master planned communities" in the country.  Home price range from below 100k-Multi-millions.  The main section of Lakewood Ranch consists of 5,500 acres, and has many sub communities including: Summerfield, Riverwalk, Edgewater, Lakewood Ranch Country Club, Greenbrook, Lakewood ranch East.  Lakewood ranch continues to grow, and eventually will become larger than either Sarasota or Bradenton.  The "Lakewood Ranch Lifestyle", makes good use of the thoughtful process in laying out the neighborhoods, use of green-space, parks, and nearby amenities.  It's great to be able to get to almost everything you would need without having to go on a major road.  I also really enjoy the emphasis on keeping green-space available for parks, fishing, biking, walking etc.  It's a great place to live.
