- We stage vacant and occupied homes, often incorporating the seller's own possessions, creating a warm and inviting space to appeal to the largest amount of buyers, in all areas surrounding Denver.
About A Wonderful Space:
The first thing I want to say is I love my job! I am a nationally certified Stager and Redesigner, with a designation as an Interior Redesign Industry Specialist (IRIS). I was a licensed realtor for ten years, staging homes during that time. I decided to stage homes full time, and formed A Wonderful Space in May 2006. I have an excellent record of getting homes sold quickly, and my clients are pleased with how affordable my services are.
I am active in the real estate community as an affiliate member of the Jefferson County Association of Realtors. I am also an officer in the IRIS Denver/Mountain Chapter, and a member of Colorado Staging Professionals. I have had articles published in newspapers, and my company was listed in the May 2007 issue of Colorado Homes & Lifestyles.

Why We Are Successful:
We provide several options for sellers to assist them in getting their homes sold quickly and for more money. We offer a consultation, which entails an inspection of the property, starting at the curb. We will walk the seller through the home, room by room, and make suggestions that will improve the appearance of the home for showings. Then, follow up with a written report which includes a priority list and possible resources for purchases or repairs that may be necessary. Another service that has had incredible results is our "mini-staging" for vacant homes, which is the placement of accessories throughout the home, creating a more inviting environment.
I am trained in silk flower arranging, and often create custom arrangements for the homes I stage. These arrangements are also available for purchase. You can see samples of my work on my website, on the "Services" page!
We are proud to say that on more than one occasion, buyers loved the staging so much, they purchased the home AND everything in it!
