Meet Marianne Pittard, a true Oregonian whose greatest joy is sharing the richness of the greater Northwest with everyone she meets.  Marianne's passion for real estate, coupled with over 30 years of extremely successful national sales and marketing experience combine to create a stand-out professional who has your best interests in mind.

Marianne's solid foundation of experience speaks for itself.  Her numerous accolades include: Broker of the Year and Rookie of the Year at a previous affiliation, where she was a consistent multi-million dollar producer.

As part of her personal commitment to ensuring that her clients have all the information they need to make the best decisions possible, Marianne has obtained her Real Estate Brokers license, become certified as an Accredited Buyer's Representation, (ABR), an e-PRO, a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  Additionally, she just completed the Luxury Home Marketing Class, having earned her Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (LHMS) designation!  She has also served as a Director for the Clatsop Association of Realtors for three consecutive terms.
