I live in what's consider South King County.  Maple Valley, Covington, Kent, Auburn, Enumclaw, Renton, Federal Way, and Des Moines/Sea Tac are cities where I help most of my buyers and sellers.  I also help clients in Bonney Lake, Sumner, Buckley and Puyallup.  Occasionally I stray north to Lynwood, Everett or Mount Vernon but only when I have a client who realizes those are not my primary areas.  The reality is, however, if you know contracts, how to realize value, where to get answers and about houses in general, then real estate success is certain.

One speciality I have is working with home sellers who are also home buyers.  I truly enjoy the opportunity to help my customers create a smart and sound plan for both selling and buying.  Achieving a successful outcome for this type client requires a thorough knowledge of the market, understanding which financing options are best, and how and when to structure an offer for that perfect house.

I also enjoy working with first time home buyers.  Even though I have been in the business over a decade and have bought and sold many times, I have not forgotten the fears and frustrations associated with buying a first home.  I find it exciting explaining the home buying process to my first time buyer clients and know how important it is to them that they make informed purchasing decisions which truly gets them the best deal.

Working with new construction and investors is also a priority for me.  I have designed and built a home and rehabbed several others.  These experiences have given me lots of expertise in knowing the price of cosmetic and structural fixes, the value of remodeling or the installation of a specific product.
