About Us:
In January of 2006 Brendan and Tatem Marchant purchased their first Pillar To Post franchise territory. Since then they have earned the trust of buyers, sellers and real estate professionals, and grown their business into a well liked and highly respected professional home inspection company. Their service team includes a full time certified home inspector, a Washington Department of Agricultural licensed pest inspector, a Washington Statelicensed Real Estate Instructor, as well as a highly trained customer service representative. The team has inspected homes in all kinds of neighborhoods, from older historic neighborhoods, to the new luxury homes of the growing suburbs, and everything in between. They've served buyers and sellers ranging from first time homebuyers, to captains of industry, to Seattle Seahawks professional football players.

Upon completion of the thorough inspection of your future home, our inspector will provide you with a comprehensive computer generated evaluation of the (up to 1,600) items visually checked during the inspection. This will include items that have been found or that you may have noticed prior to the inspection. This information will help you to buy with confidence knowing that a true professional has carefully evaluated and inspected your future home.
There's no need to wait for the information to be compiled and sent to you at a later date; the full, informative report will be printed and delivered to you before we leave the inspection. It also will include digital photos of relevant issues. For your convenience and that of your real estate professionals, the report can also be viewed via secure website or e-mail copy.
For the Home Seller: For sellers, a pre-listing inspection can detect previously unknown problems or potential upgrades that you wish to address prior to selling your home. "I have never had to have an inspection done before until buying a home, but Brendan with the Pillar to Post Inspection company was awesome! I actually ended up using his services twice because one of the inspections he did for me revealed quite a bit about an older home we were going to buy that weren't things we felt like dealing with.
