About Us:

In January of 2006 Brendan and Tatem Marchant purchased the Pillar To Post franchise territory encompassing South East King County Washington. Since then they have earned the trust of buyers, sellers and real estate professionals, and grown their business into a well liked and highly respected professional home inspection company. Their service team includes a full time certified home inspector, a Washington Department of Agricultural licensed pest inspector, a Washington State licensed Real Estate Instructor, as well as a highly trained customer service representative. The team has inspected homes in all kinds of neighborhoods, from older historic neighborhoods, to the new luxury homes of the growing suburbs, and everything in between. They’ve served buyers and sellers ranging from first time homebuyers, to captains of industry, to Seattle Seahawks professional football players.
