I have been a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent since 2003. I pay attention to statistics in my market and communicate them with my buyers and sellers. I take the time to see what properties are short sales and foreclosures on the market. I bought my first home 5 years and rehab the property. With lots of help from friends and family we gutted the home and replaced the old with new. It was an awesome experience and I can't wait to do it again. I liked the whole process of getting dirty and working hard. The finally out come is very eye opening. I also have taking a blue print course to further help with site work and new construction.
