I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. When I came into the business I was very young and not sure what to do. I dug in and learned quickly. I know the my market area well. I keep up on pricing and changes daily. I can raffle off real estate information in my sleep. I bought my first home 2 years and rehab the property. With lots of help from friends and family we gutted the home and replaced the old with new. It was an awesome experiance and I can't wait to do it again. I liked the whole process of getting dirty and working hard. The finally out come is very eye opening. I also have taking a blue print course to further help with site work and new construction. Would rather rehab an exsiting home but who knows I may want to build a home one day!

I know where everything and can best service my customers needs.
