I grew up in Wilmette, Ill, but my Grandparents were on Geneva Lake. Glorious times . I have always been in pereson-to-person sales and traveled several states but when I decided to get off the road Geneva Lake area became my permanent home. Because of client accounts and business sales I go over the top with information and time. And I like it to be fun. Making any purchase is about how it makes you feel. Every home has the bedrooms, the kitchen, the garage, etc. But the lay of the land, the way the sun hits a great room, what you see when you turn that corner of the kitchen, and even if the garage has been cleaned are all the things that add to making a change. People work with me because I get that. New homes, whether primary or secondary all mean new patterns in our daily lives. That is exciting.
Geneva National and Geneva Lake

Secondary home buyers are 95% of my business. I specialize in many communities around Geneva Lake. One of which is Geneva National - a residential community built around 3 golf courses. Within this community are maintenance free villas, stand alone homes, condos and townhomes. That is only one area - my emphasis is Walworth County with a focus on Lake Geneva and lake living. Lake front, lake access, and lake view in Fontana, Williams Bay, the town of Linn and the City of Lake Geneva. While GenevaLake is the largest other lakes include Delavan, Powers, Twin, and the Lauderdale Lakes area. There are many ways to live and work in this area. Access into Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago and Schaumburg are now just part of the neighborhood. The Realtor you work with does make a difference.
