Staging your house can change your life - Staging is a key factor which is impacting every aspect of the real estate industry according to the Strategic Issues Subcommittee of the National Association of Realtors.  There are new expectations on the part of consumers who are now price sensitive and internet savvy.  Staging sends a message loud and clear to Buyers and Buyers Agents that the home is worth the price for its location and condition.

Market studies indicate only 20% of Buyers buy on price alone.  For the remaining 80% of Buyers, if there is value or perception of value - ie a staged home - the consumer will pay more for the property.  Staging secures the top end of the price window.
