Originally from New Jersey, and have been living in the Seattle area for over 24 years now, and can't imagine living anywhere else! I have lived in the Brier area for almost 20 years with my husband Carl, and three children, Angelina, Carl Jr., and David. I have been in the Real Estate busines for over ten years. I started out working as an apprentice appraiser for a Lynnwood appraisal firm. I learned an extensive amount about the appraisal business, and pricing residential property during my three years there. However, I am such a people person and enjoy working with the public, that an appraisal career just wasn't quite the fit I thought it would be. I got my Real Estate License in January, 2002. Probably one of the best moves I have ever made. I have been with Keller Williams Realty for almost 4 years, and am a Director with the Keller Williams Commercial Division. Keller Williams is the 2nd largest real estate company in the Nation and is growing by leaps and bounds. We have a unique business model, that pays profit sharing to it's agents, has an open book policy, is learning based and encourages team work. Since I joined Keller Williams, I have tripled my business, I'm a top producer in my office, serve on the Agent Leadership Council, chair the KW Cares Charity Committee, serve on several others, and partcipate in our education program by teach classes for the new agents. I'm passionate about my clients and my business, and can't imagine a better career.

Areas of Expertise

My specialization is in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management and the sales of small businesses in the greater Seattle area. I currently am the leasing agent and property manager for Highline Plaza in Lynnwood, Eunia Plaza also in Lynnwood, Fountain Court in Mukilteo and most recently Junction Center in Granite Falls. I give 110% to my clients, always putting your best interest above my own. My philosphy is win-win or no deal, and integrity in everything. I work full time in Real Estate, and believe in continuing my education every chance I get.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, SKCAR, the Commercial Broker's Association and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
