About Us:

Marguerite is a New York native and moved to California in 1975, she has resided in Malibu since 1985 with her husband Ken. Marguerite has both built and remodeled homes in Malibu, including her own, and is therefore well acquainted with the process and is able to pass that knowledge on to her clients. An active Realtor since 1998, Marguerite has earned top producer awards for listing volume.

I am committed and take great satisfaction in doing everything I can to get my clients through the major transition that accompanies buying and selling.

Prior to becoming a Broker, Marguerite operated her own graphic design and printing business. She has received several awards for her outstanding design work. Testimonials

My favorite Malibu real estate agent (and I think I know them all) is Marguerite Wherry, I've dealt with her both on the buying and the selling end, and I would recommend her above all, the last time she represented me was in the purchase of the property we bought. I was in a multiple offer situation where there were three other offers on the property besides my own, and my offer was not the lowest, but also contingent on the sale of the home I owned at the time, and she still was able to make he deal work. now I'm using the 500K I saved to remodel the place. Marguerite seems to know the history of every single property in the zip code, and she definitely knows how to sniff out good deals. she really takes care of her clients. She puts their best interest before her own (which is rare in any business these days), and I'd definitely pigeon-hole her into the category of "good people"

I want to thank you again for all of your hard work in selling my house. you definitaly went out of your way to help me finish and prepare the house - and I know I didn't make things easy with my impatience.

Thanks again for hanging in there.
