I have specialized in Crystal Coast island properties since 1995. In 1998 I founded Pine Knoll Shores Realty where I serve as owner/manager and Broker in Charge, while maintaining my position as one of the top producers in Carteret County. I am committed to education, and I hold a bachelors degree in Psychology and have earned the top designations offered to real estate professionals.

I am committed to my profession. I was 2008 president of the Women's Council of REALTORS, Crystal Coast Chapter.  I have served on the board of directors and as Treasurer for the Carteret County Association of REALTORS.  Currently I serve as chairman of the awards committee and work on other committees.  As a member of the Carteret County Multiple Listing Service I am able to show and sell any property available through the multiple listing services.

Marian and Ted Goetzinger

Ted has been my life partner for almost 15 years.  We were married on Valentine's Day, 1995.

We met on the beach on the island of Bogue Banks in 1993.

When Ted decided to pursue a real estate license and work with me in the business, I was not at all sure I wanted that.  I loved my life just the way it was and I liked having him as my back-up everywhere else, but not in the business.  He was stubborn and earned his license, several designations including his GRS and has become a valuable part of my team.  If you need help today and I'm not available, Ted might be willing to cancel his tee time to show you around.

Our beach home purchasing experience with Pine Knoll Shores Realty (PKSR) was quite pleasant due to Marian Goetzinger.Since this was our first purchase of coastal real estate we were a little anxious.
