I'm fairly new to being a Realtor, but I've been in sales for 18 years and have always met and exceeded my quotas/goals. My sales experience has been in retail (MGR, Sprint) and advertising/marketing (Metro Times). Also, as a former employee of the Ritz Carlton- I know what 5 Star Customer Service is!
I'm diverse! I can work anywhere from Ann Arbor to Rochester Hills. All of my clients so far have been referrals- that's because I have always treated my clients well and they always refer me. So, I find myself driving from Ann Arbor to Canton to Dearborn to Royal Oak to Washtenaw and even to Hamburg! (Thank goodness for my GPS system!)
I've lived in Wayne, Washtenaw, Macomb and Oakland Counties. My parent moved every year or every two years (luckily for them, I loved it!) and that probably explains why I move just as often!. So, I've gotten familiar with a lot of different cities.
I use the internet alot. My experience with advertising and my internet savvy has taught me a lot of different avenues and tricks to (mostly free) advertising opportunities for my sellers' homes and in finding buyers. All without leaving the office!
I am also fluent in Tagalog, which is the Philippine language and know a little bit of Spanish and French.
Relocating to Michigan? I've been very good at working with my buyers' from out of state. I have gone to many homes to pre-view them and sent detailed notes, videos, and pictures to assist them in their choice. I've even used my cellphone to send instant pictures and videos! And now I always travel with my laptop and aircard which allows me more versatility! My clients have even granted me Power Of Attorney to sign for their house!
Aside from Real Estate my hobbies include: playing with my son (we're both addicted to the PS game Socom), paintballing, photography, reading, movies, and basically being around friends and family and having fun.
