Home Buyers equate space with value, so we've uncovered a considerable amount of "value" in this kitchen! As our "after" photo shows, increasing the space, hence value of a home can be accomplished by simply rearranging, removing or relocating what the Seller already has--serving to convey a true sense of the space their home has to offer. Bonus, the results are often stunning!

We increased Buyer Appeal in this area of the home via Color Correction and simply removing the style-specific, dated window dressings. "Old world" elements removed, this space is now much more cohesive overall --given the home's modern architecture AND the very "focal" modern dining set.
