Areas of Expertise
I really have a hard time saying what I am an expert at since I have the experience of having processed and approved all types of mortgages in the past prior to becoming a loan officer, but if I had to say that experience does tend to work very well with First Time Homebuyers because of all the questions that ask. With my broad experience I tend to be much more willing to take the extra time needed for First Time Homebuyers than a lot of the other Loan Officers I have had the pleasure of working with in the past. I also feel I am very strong with VA mortgages and I attribute a lot of that to being a veteran myself. i have always tried to keep up to date on these loans because I feel a connection almost to all of the VA borrowers I have come in contact with and strive to do a great job for them.
