About Peter Nielsen

Real Experience - Formerly with RE/MAX of Southern Marin and now with Area Pro Realty, Peter has over 25 years of experience buying, managing, selling and exchanging homes and investment property. He currently owns and manages investment real estate in California, Oregon and Missouri.

Real Knowledge - Peter has lived and worked in Marin for over 25 years. He had a successful career in product and international management at Fair, Isaac Inc., the developer of the FICO credit scoring systems, and later served as the Vice President of Engineering at WebWare Corporation, a digital asset management software company. With an MBA from UC-Berkeley and a successful career in product and international management, Peter understands finance as well as real estate.

Real Integrity - Peter has built a high level of confidence, trust and integrity among his employees, colleagues and clients.  He has served as Chairman of the Board of SofTECH, a North Bay Software Technology Association and currently serves on the Boards of the Terra Linda Highlands Homeowners Association, his church in San Rafael, and is the Director of the Golden Gate Harley Owners Group.
