About Us:

 My name is Mario J. Gattavara, Realtor with Coldwell Banker Lake Realty in beautiful Lake Oroville California. 

My career began at a young age when I met an individual named Jerry Pujals. Jerry was Napa Valleys consistent top producer with Coldwell Banker Brokers Of The Valley for a good number of years. I joined Jerry as a prospect generator and soon accompanied Jerry in the field. During this time, I learned what it took to be successful in the business and realized real estate was where I was heading. Jerry has since become a National trainer in the real estate industry and has written books on the topic, much of what I utilize today. Although I did not immediately go into real estate, after being part of the United States Navy and seeing some of the world, I pursued and obtained my real estate license to follow. After obtaining my license, I joined Coldwell Banker Lake Realty. Since day one in real estate, I have managed to run a successful real estate business and accomplish great things for a great number of past and current clients. I have consecutively been the office Top Producer for the years of 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, & 2011ytd.

According to NAR & Coldwell Banker statistics, in the slow year of 2007 I achieved and ranked in the top percentile for closed transactions with the Coldwell Banker Franchise Nationwide.

I enjoy what I do and love being a part of the real estate organization I am a part of today. I look forward in building strong relationships with all I come in contact with including those that put their trust in me.

I love this area and could not imagine a better place to raise my family. The abundance of recreational activities and small town atmosphere have attracted many friends and family from other areas throughout the states. The Lakes, Rivers, Canyons, Streams, Wilderness, Fresh air, they all tie together making the area a great place to live, enjoy life, and call home.
