I am a professional blogger and writer - primarily on the property market, and specifically the luxury property market.

Luxury Property Blog

The blog is split in to two sections, one part for the luxury real estate professional and the other for consumers and luxury property enthusiasts.

The Professional's section contains real estate marketing ideas, tips and advice for luxury property professionals, along with a little humor. No sense not having any fun is my motto. We will be having a series of guest bloggers, all experts in their various fields.

The Enthusiast's section contains news, investment advice, luxury trends, insights, videos, and once again, a little light-heartedness.

I am a writer, NOT a real estate agent. I am not looking for clients at this time, but I am able to offer an opportunity that may be of interest to you as a luxury property professional - if you are coming to the conclusion that running your own blog is more time and trouble than you expected.

If you take a look at my writing, you will see that I don't necessarily follow all the "rules" laid down for successful blogging and SEO by many of the so-called gurus. Although, it's good to see that other bloggers are beginning to doubt the wisdom of much of the "advice" available on the internet about blogging. This ActiveRain member, Mary McKnight, has some very good advice in her post entitled, The 7 Worst Pieces of SEO Advice That Will Kill Your Blog

Unfortunately, there is an awful lot of false information on the internet about just how easy it is to make a blog successful - to read some of these articles, you would think all you need is a free wordpress blog, ten minutes a day and of course, the $50 ebook written by the person giving the "advice."
