It is projected as has been the case for the past few years that the influx of new residents moving into the state will be in the range of 40,000. The vacancy rate is expected according to experts analyzing and projecting this market to drop to a mere 4%. With the average rents expected to increase approximately 7% this year Phoenix Arizona is showing to be a promising location for Investors to invest in income producing properties. Phoenix has at this time a surplus of apartment buildings being offered at very reasonable pricing. With this being said it appears as though Phoenix will be in the Eye of the savvy investor for quite some time. Phoenix Arizona is a HOT market to watch in 2008!!!
