Lynda has 33 years of local real estate experience! Over the years she has continually performed in the top 5% of all realtors in the business and has earned the long term loyalty of her clients. You do not become a long term success in this business without being able to listen to your clients needs, whether they are buyers or sellers, and deliver on their wants and needs.
Mark honed his listening skills while working in the corporate world for 14 yeas prior to taking up real estate. He worked in the mobile electronics field as a product development team leader, a regional sales manager, national sales manager and a managing director in a public company. He managed over 150 sales people in the field all over the country as well as drove product development teams all over the globe. This experience has given him the tools necessary to negotiate on his clients behalf and deliver their wants and needs time and time again.
From a marketing standpoint, we like to stand out from the crowd with exceptional photography and cutting edge video productions of our listings. We take all of our own photography. This allows us to come back on the right day to capture each home in its best light. It is not uncommon for us to visit a home three or four times just to capture the right lighting to get the shot we want. Compare that to a photographer that is hired to take 9 quality photos and makes an appointment at 12:00 noon. If its foggy that day, guess what...you get gloomy, dark pictures. The weather on the Monterey Peninsula is truly unpredictable. There are dozens of micro climates and catching a property at the right time is as much luck as it is skill. You always have to go back more than once!
We recognize that almost every buyer for one of our listings in the past three years learned about the property they ended up purchasing online before they ever spoke to their real estate agent. We like to give this buyer every bit of information possible in order to get them comfortable enough with our listings to want to make the next step and see it in person. We load as many pictures as neccessary to tell the story of a property and most of the time dedicate an entire custom website to that property, again with a real video production of it.

Lynda and Mark are the perfect real estate agents. I am not an easy client and I look for years before buying. They keep me informed and up to date on any listings that match my preferences. They know what I like and don't waste my time with houses that don't match my needs. They are like family and have worked with my mother, my brother and me! They also have the best website around that sends me instant alerts on newly listed houses with my preferences. You would not expect a real estate agent to be honest with you but these two are. They have advised me to wait so I could save money even though they get less money from the deal. They have also worked magic somehow getting me the home of my dreams for a price no one thought I could get it for. I could not ask for better agents.
