Mark Cooper has two offices, the San Francisco Bay Area office helps us work closely with Commercial, Leasing, and Investment clients in Marin and San Francisco. The Hermosa Beach office allows us to cater to properties and clients from Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
Commercial and Investment Property When it comes to commercial property, raw land, and investments, every real estate agent will suggest you buy or sell, we can show you why. Our team will provide a cash flow analysis of your investment property considering all factors including depreciation and property taxes. We pull commercial comps from active and sold listings to determine the values and provide you with a report showing the exact return you are making on your investment, this service is free of charge.

We work closely with intermediaries when escrow is opened to satisfy the IRS guidelines to defer capital gains taxes when buying a replacement property.
Leasing and Property Management A Landlord since 1951, Mark's grandmother was one of the first female general contractors in California. For years she bought up homes in the path of new freeways, then moved them to land she purchased in developing areas of Los Angeles. After working with his family doing Book keeping and Land lording for 10 years, Mark took a two year position as Property Manager for Kunst Brothers in Sausalito where he learned from the best to manage a 39 unit waterfront residential property, and five other properties in Marin and Sonoma county. Mark was invited to join Keller Williams in 2007 and is part of the property management and commercial sales team that can handle anything from studio apartments to multi-million dollar office buildings.
Lets face it, being a landlord is time consuming, especially with vacancies and problem tenants. Its tough to give control of your property to someone else in exchange for a monthly fee, when often the the manager does nothing at all but deposit the rent check, take his cut and pay you. Thats where we come in, we assist you in removing problem tenants, clean up the property, make inexpensive suggestions to get top dollar rents, hold open houses, handle advertising, screen tenants, run credit reports, and find the best tenants that will pay the rent on time. Once the rent is coming in, checks can go straight to you, or one of our property managers can receive the rents, do the books and bill paying for you. They provide you with monthly statements, year end profit and loss and balance sheets, give the reports to your tax preparer and the work is done. If you have problem tenants, give us a call. Buying a home in Marin County Mark's family has owned their home in Tiburon since 1975, he started the Reed Schools in first grade. He drives from his home in Tiburon over the golden gate bridge for an easy commute to San Francisco and knows the most desirable and affordable neighborhoods in Southern Marin, unfortunatly Mark DOES NOT help people buy and sell luxury homes, in fact he does not work weekends.
