I work primarily in the southeast portion of Maricopa County specializing in Residential Properties; whether New Builds, Bank Owned/REO’s, Short Sales or normal properties.
What sets me apart from other agents?
I grew up in Spanish Fork, Utah and spent most of my childhood helping my Dad and Grandpa with their Land Surveying business when I was not in school or playing sports. In high school, I worked as a finish carpenter for Bardsley & Sons, Inc. for 3 years. I have been around the Construction/Development/Housing industry most of my life. Within the past two years, I’ve gained experience as a stock broker for UBS Financial Services and I’ve been running my own property development company, Red Rock Development, LLC since April 2010.
Currently, I have been working full-time for DPR Realty, LLC. since August 2010. I work primarily in the southeast portion of Maricopa County specializing in Residential Properties; whether New Builds, Bank Owned/REO’s, Short Sales or normal properties. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) as well as the SouthEast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS®.
So Why call Mark Hardy?
I was introduced to Real Estate/Land Development by my Uncle, Kenneth Hardy, who has been a broker here in AZ for over 20 years. When I moved here in 2007, I felt there was a certain 'energy' about Arizona and for long time could not quite figure out what it was. I have lived in both Utah and North Carolina, but I quickly felt like this 'energy' was beckoning me to live in the East Valley, finish my degree, and start my career in Real Estate and Accounting.
There is a simple explanation why you should call me - so I can throw "P-I-E" at you!
"P" stands for Precondition. Not everyone knows everything about real estate. A few years ago I was buying my first home (my 2nd for my wife) and I had a lot of questions myself on how a real estate transaction should go. And since it is the biggest investment/decision in your life, you should use someone that has been there before and can "precondition" or "prepare" you for what will follow. (whether you are buying or selling)
"I" stands for Inform. What are my rights as a buyer and a seller - or even as a renter? I strive to deliver the best customer service to my clients by returning calls quickly, getting answers to your questions and seeing the transaction to the end. It is all about the 'journey' and the relationship that we will build together. My mantra has always been: "Why would I deliver anything less than what I would expect myself?"
"E" stands for Educate. Real estate is going to be a life-long commitment by you whether you decide to own and live in one home, or seek to supplement your income and lifestyle by owning multiple. I am a student of real estate and investing myself, and I will not withhold any knowledge, experiences or lessons that I have learned with you - EVER! Remember, you will continue to hear from me after the deal is done because I believe the relationship between us and your real estate education will be the only things you'll take with you when this life is over.
