Description
Let 27 years of real estate experience combined with a laid back approach help you buy or sell your property. We work in Fargo/Moorhead and the Lakes area of Western Minnesota.

About Us:

After 30 years of marriage, 2 adult children, 4 grandchildren and working, eating, sleeping and living together 24-7.....you would think we're either crazy, lucky or really blessed.  My best bet is that all three are true!  We're "old hippies" that fell into a great gig doing real estate.

Mark has been licensed a licensed Realtor in Minnesota and North Dakota since April, 1981 while working full time for the Burlington Northern Railroad.  After working both jobs for 5 years it was time to take a buy-off and walk away from the crazy hours and great pay at the BN.  During those 5 years on the railroad a sphere of influence was created in the process of selling 59 "rails" real estate.  Today, some of their children are becoming clients.  That's gotta make you feel old!  Mark has been very active over the years within the local Realtor Association and has served on most of the association committees, been a local Director and is currently a ND State Director.  He has earned a CRS(Certified Residential Specialist), ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative) and GRI(Graduate Realtor Institute).

DeAnne spent 25 years at JCPenney selling fine jewelry while maintaining a wonderful home for the family.  She won accolades as one of the regions best sales people consistantly.  She left Penney's in 2002 and became a Realtor to help Mark in his business.  For the past 5 years she has been instrumental in taking care of the details and staying in touch with all of our clients and prospects.  In her spare time she has earned her GRI and taken leadership roles as a Director on the FM Area Association of Realtors and she spearheaded a major undertaking within the organization to build a "Habitat for Humanity" home.  She is a consumate volunteer and a solid asset to the business.
