We are a full service loan brokerage specializing in FHA loans.   We were providing FHA financing to our "non-prime" clients long before the sub-prime collapse.  Why?  It was in the best interest of the client.  We were able to provide low fixed rate loans to clients who otherwise would have only qualified for adjustables.  Would it have been easier for us to put them in adjustables....yes.   Would we have made more money...possibly.  Would it have been the right thing to do...absolutely not.

I had a great personality one day.....it was  March 13, 1980.  I learned to make fun of myself because I wanted to fit in with everyone else.  Not all of my friends are imaginary.
