Mark was fantastic. He immediately followed up on our request for a realtor and made us feel very comfortable with his ability to sell our home. He quickly put our listing on a number of websites and gave us statistics on the viewings, etc a few times a week. He was able to advise us on how to adjust our price but did not pressure or force his opinions.
