I would definitely recommend The Mark Taylor Team to anyone that needs a lender.  The whole team is very knowledgeable and everyone I talked to was familiar with our file, therefore, able to answer my questions quickly.  I felt like they cared about us and we weren’t just a case number to them.  They answered all of our questions and were glad to meet with us face to face when we had more questions.  I would call multiple times a day to ask questions and they never made me feel like I was a bother. They were happy to answer my questions.  The timeliness they completed our FHA loan in was incredible.  Even my realtor was floored how quickly we were funded without any problems whatsoever.  When my husband and I were referred to The Mark Taylor Team, we were told previously that we wouldn’t be able to get a home loan.  The Mark Taylor Team, we were told, is the best.  As it turns out, that is absolutely true.  Mark, Kimberley, Donna, and all of the wonderful employees pulled together to get us a fantastic loan.  Not only did they find us an affordable loan, but they were there to help us through the entire process by phone or e-mail.  In this day and age, buying a house (especially a short sale house like we did) can be confusing and frustrating.  Luckily, we had The Mark Taylor Team there to guide us every step of the way.  We will definately be referring them to our friends and family in the future.
