We wanted to take this opportunity to convey to you what an exceptional experience we had working with Marla Trussell on our recent purchase of a condo in Carlsbad. We are not from the San Diego area and Marla went out of her way to bridge the location gap between us. She was exceptionally organized when we came to look at properties allowing us to accomplish our purchase goal within the first visit. Throughout the purchase and escrow transaction, she continually guided and coached us through the various stages. Further, there were several occasions where she offered to go to the condo on our behalf.
