Mission Statement

 Thank you for visiting this page.  I hold  licenses in both Maryland and North Carolina, with my Maryland license in referral status.  If you are a client who has used my services in the past and are seeking a reliable, honest agent to assist you or your family I encourage you to contact me. 

Although I am not actively working in real estate at present, I maintain connections with agents of excellence who I will personally contact to work for you.  For the past few years I have had dozens of clients and friends I have been able to assist by matching them with the agent I believe they will mesh best with.  It will be my pleasure to do the same for you.

Service Specialties

Marla received the coveted designation of a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) in 2005.  Her area of specialty is selling residential resale homes.  Marla is a strong listing agent with a written marketing plan that has a proven track record for getting homes SOLD for the highest price, in the shortest amount of time and the least amount in hassle for sellers.  She guarantees, she will sell your home in a specified amount of time, or the listing may be terminated.
