Renee Caperton, CRB, ASP is the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Marrs Realty, specializing in Residential, Farm & Ranch and Lake Properties in Navarro, Ellis and Hill Counties. A lifelong resident of the Corsicana area, Renee and her hometown realtors bring their unique understanding and knowledge of the area to every customer she works with. Starting her company with her mother Loudine in 1982, their small, family-run business has since grown to 20 agents and added the power of the Centuy 21 brand – she is currently a member of the Century 21 Global Referral Network. Their track record of excellence has continued in recent years, earning them Gold Medallion Office status in 2005.
Renee has been a licensed broker for 25 years, and in that time has been deeply involved in the Real Estate community; she has served on the Board of Directors, Community Service Committee and Orientation Committee for the Navarro County Board of Realtors. She is also a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Texas and National Association of Realtors, and the Texas and Corsicana Apartment Associations.
Renee remains fully invested in the continued growth of her community. In addition to her work with area schools and churches, she is a member of the Corsicana Chamber of Commerce and has been active in charitable causes, sponsoring events for the American Red Cross and Easter Seals.
Renee lives with her husband Bud; together they have 4 children and one grandchild. In her spare time, Renee enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, photography, cooking, and fishing.
