About Us:

I take pride in offering the best financing options to meet the individual needs of my clients  throughout the state of Texas.  I emphasize communication and ease/expedience of transactions.  I also do all that I can to "stay on top of" all the changes taking place in our industry so that there are no surprises along the way.  All I ever ask is the opportunity to earn my client's business. 

Also, I am available to work with client's and business partners outside of normal business hours.  I work when I'm needed and can pre-approve most loan applications in a matter of minutes.

Areas of Expertise

My background is very diverse, so I am comfortable with a wide array of financing options.  It seems that recently we have had an emphasis on VA / TX VET loans, high end purchase/refi transactions, Texas Home Equity Loans and one-time-close custom home construction and permanent loans.  However, if there's a good loan available for a client (including farm/ranch, commercial, FHA, etc) we do not turn them away due to loan size or less than perfect credit.
