I can't believe it, but I have been in the real estate industry for almost 30 years. My experience starts as an agent, then broker, national training and speaking, national and international relocation, managing an office for 4 years and full circle back to selling and listing homes. My managing experience was irreplacable in problem solving both for buyers and sellers, I took over an office that was sinking in the "red" and turned it around in one year to a positive monetary position. I was rewarded 2 years later by being selected by my peers in our 12 offices (over 1,200 agents) as manager of the year, but even as much as this meant, the award I received from my own agents as the best manager, mentor and coach was my highest achievement.

I have always loved change, and real estate offers so many different avenues and I have been blessed with a successful and fullfilling career. My clients have appreciated the full time effort, advice and skills I have given them. My goal is to keep providing personal and professional service and add more satisfied clients to my list of "you are my agent for the rest of my life" list. My nearly 30 years in real estate

At the start of my adventure in the world of real estate, I was fortunate to live in a high end area of home, that were completely unique. The area consisted of homes that were built in the early 1900's to magnificent high dollar estates. The entire city was horse property, 1 acre minimum, and tucked away in a beautiful hillside area only 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles and bordering Orange County. I had to learn quickly how to price and sell different properties, and I carried a 32% market share in only 5 years. The first house over a million dollars sold in the 1980's was listed and sold by me. I saw the slow down in the market 3 times over the last 30 years and have always been successful in my goal of guiding clients to the right home for them. In the times we live in now, I can say not one of my clients has been in danger of a foreclosure, short sale or "fire sale". In Southern California, believe me, that is truly a remarkable achievement.

My clients come first. It is really that simple. I have raised 4 children, and am grandma to 6. I have a wonderful husband who understands my job and encourages me every day. But at the end of the day if my phone rings at 9:30pm, you can expect me to answer.

Now it is time to give back to the Real Estate Industry and I have found managing is my passion. After 4 years at another national franchise I now have the priveledge to associate with FIRST TEAM REAL ESTATE.
