To Bring PEACE OF MIND to the crazy world of Buying and Selling real estate. That has been my mission since DAY ONE.
The above mission statement rings more true now than at any other time in my 17 year real estate career. With the housing and financial markets going through some major adjustments peace of mind and guidance threw the maze are crucial commodities. Working with an experienced and seasoned agent is a key factor in whether you successfully buy or sell your home right now. I work as a team with my grandaughter Nichole and together we work to make your move as stress free as possible.
As a Certified Residential Specialist I have dedicated my career to bringing the best in customer service to each and every person, family or couple I work with. I am truly content with handling the worrisome details involved with buying or selling a home in this market so you can focus on your move.
Maryland may be small in size but it is rich in traditions, history, customs, and lifestyles. Anne Arundel County is situated right dab in the middle of the Washington DC and Baltimore MD business hub making it an ideal location for working in either metropolitan area. Bordered on one side by the Chesapeake Bay, Anne Arundel County offers water access bar none with exceptional waterfront and water priviledged homes and communities. Annapolis, known as the Sailing Capital of the World is also home to the Maryland State Government which still holds court in one of the nations oldest Capital buildings. Prince George County is one of Washington DC's closest and favorite places to live when working in DC. Bowie and Upper Marlboro are just two of the many great neighborhoods offering a diverse and rich mix of resources. Calvert County has long been a favorite commuting location and is rich in open space and traditions. Chesapeake Beach, North Beach, Solomons island and more are all located right here in Calvert County.
No matter where you decide to put down roots there is a home and a community that will fit you to a tee when you decide to live in Annapolis and its neighboring counties.
Testimonials
When I started my real estate career I interviewed many Broker's before deciding to associate with Long & Foster. That was 17 years ago and I am still with Long & Foster and still with the same office. As an independent contractor it just made sense to connect with the largest independently owned real estate company in the Mid Atlantic region. And by doing so I have been able to offer services that are unigue, out of the box and innovative. No red tape to hold me back from offering first class service to all my clients.
When the going gets tough the tough get going and Long & Foster supports me and my clients during and through all kinds of market conditions. Like now. With One Stop Shopping we offer mortgage money (yes we are strong), settlement services, insurance (over and above home insurance) and the backing of a strong and solvent network of dedicated Realtors (R) and staff.
