About...

Steele Group Realty is a small firm with a big focus on Internet marketing.  All of our listings are syndicated on over 125 web sites providing maximum visibility for our clients.  I am a Broker/Owner at Steele Group Realty, and am very proud to say that over 90% of our business comes from referrals from very happy clients. 

 

I am also pleased to report that I have a 100% success rate for my short sale and REO listings.  And for my buyers, especially first-time buyers, I become their trusted advisor for all their home buying and home ownership questions.  If I don’t know the answer, I’ll make sure I locate someone who does.  I pride myself on the service I provide to my clients and promise that you will never be dealing with an assistant – I’m here for you.  I believe that every detail and every person in a successful real estate transaction is important, and do my best to treat everything and everyone concerned with respect and consideration.

 

I am a Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the San Diego Association of Realtors and Sandicor, the San Diego MLS.

On the Road to Today...

I grew up in San DiegoCounty and have lived in most every area of the region, from Leucadia, to ValleyCenter, El Cajon, Mt.Helix and Normal Heights.  Today I make my home with my husband in Fletcher Hills, and focus on that area and Mt.Helix and La Mesa.  But I am comfortable working throughout the county based on my knowledge and love of the area.  It is after all, America’s Finest City!

 

Prior to becoming a real estate broker I had over 20 years of experience in marketing and management – experience that has been a real help in marketing myself and my listings, and effectively managing my business.

 

More recently, before focusing on residential real estate, I worked as a licensed loan officer for several years.  This experience has been invaluable to my clients.   With a working knowledge of all of the various loan programs available I am able to guide my clients and help them secure the best possible financing.

 

I love being a Realtor.  Every day, every home, every client, and every transaction is different and provides endless opportunities to meet new people and learn.  The market may be challenging, but this job is never boring!
