Owner of Martin Designs, I bring a diverse background to the staging industry.  I am a graduate of the School of Design, Fanshawe College; a graduate of The University of Western Ontario in Urban Planning; a graduate of the CSP program (Certified Staging Professionals); an artist and photographer.  With over 20 years of experience, I deliver "Home Staging with a Vision".

Staging is a growing industry with higher demands.  Martin Designs brings you the expertise needed to go beyond the decluttering, de-personalizing and cleaning.  A complete consulation that takes anywhere from 1-3 hours stipulates what is needed to be done in the house. The second stage is either carried out by the homeowner or contracted out to various trades to completed the necessary work to prepare the home for sale.  A staging proposal is prepared for the homeowner and is discussed.  A date is set for the showcasing of the home when all the work required has been completed. Martin Designs transforms the home into an appealing space for many potential buyers and sell quickly for top dollar.
