About Marty

As a native of Western North Carolina, I am very familiar with the counties of Graham, Cherokee, Swain and Jackson, and spent my youth exploring the many lakes, creeks and mountains.  I like to think I know every sqaure inch of Western North Carolina.

I have a strong work ethic and take great pride in my customer service. All of my clients are taken care of from start to finish in the buying or selling process.  Any of my clients will tell you I am available 24/7.

I enjoy working with first time homebuyers as well as 2nd home and investment properties.

5 stars for this guy!!! I had been looking for a piece of land with views to build a rental cabin on. I met with Marty 2 weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. I thought I had found the perfect property until Marty showed me another one that he had in mind. It was a far better lot and cheaper than the one I was originally looking at! Views that are out of this world and ready to build on! Marty even located the owner of the adjoining property and negotiated with the owner to share his water with me. That saved me around $10K or more. We close in 2 weeks! This guy knows what he is doing! Kudos my friend..........Dave S
