For more than 15 years, Marty and I vacationed in Southern Arizona and loved every
minute of it. IN 1999, we sold our California home, headed to Arizona and have
never looked back. We are lucky enough to "LIVE THE DREAM" because we were
willing to go the extra mile to make it happen.

And this is precisely how we approach every one of our transactions. We understand

Marty was a successful business owner of a communications company for over 10 years
with a background in computer technology. I was the vice president and controller for
a major carpet manufacturer for over 20 years. We are Coldwell Banker award winners
and multi-million dollar producers. However, we utilize the same level of care, detail
and expertise with every transaction...no matter the size...large or small.

Our experience is comprehensive, in that we bought raw land, had a well drilled,
designed our home and were owner/builders. We are experienced in every aspect
of home buying and selling. From raw land (all the ins and outs), to ranches, single
family homes, and of course, since our office is in Green Valley...active adult communities
comprised of homes, townhomes and condos.

We feel we are competent to service both buyers and sellers. It is rewarding to help
the first time buyer in our area to relocate and blend in with the community. It also
