Why you want to talk with me:

I started in the mortgage industry back in 1990 when I had to help the guy that was taking my mortgage application complete the process and couldn't explain things properly to my wife. After I explained everything to her, he looked at me and asked if I was in the wrong business (auto leasing). It turns out he was the owner of the company. He offered me a job several times over the next couple of months and  eventually convinced me to join him. Within weeks he was coming to me to determine the best ways to help his clients. The rest, as they say, is history.

I have always had an ability to absorb tremendous amounts of complex information and being able to translate this information in plain simple terms for others to understand. This has been my greatest strength in working for my clients. The mortgage industry is both simple and complex, after all a loan is just a loan, right? If that is the case, then why are there so many different loan programs available? The answer is...just in case...just in case this one loan program meets your specific needs in just a way that can save you either time, aggravation, money or all of the above. The only way to determine which programs work best for the client is to ask detailed questions and examine the answers carefully. Oh sure, I can complete an application in 15 minutes, but is that really providing you with complete service?
