Mary Seferian started in the design company first by graduating from Lasalle College in Fashion Merchandising and then Interior Design. She continued her studies at Concordia University. She applied her creativity to some of the most successful fashion houses for the next 12 years. Once she combined her design and business skills, she created Montreal's P\remier Real Estate Staging firm, diva decor design

Mary also writes a monthly column in The Local Journal's Real Estate and also Home and Decor sections. She has also been featured in The West Island Suburban.

Our Services Include:

    • We have alliances with true professionals. This includes painters, ceramic tilers, roofers, plumbers, florists, art dealers, furniture rental companies, cleaning crews, storage facilities, and moving crews.

    We work with the real estate agent, where hand in hand we create a beautiful house. Our goal is to show the lines and architecture of the home. Without making this the focus, the potential buyer cannot "imagine" anything other than what they see in front of them. Home staging takes the guesswork out of what the house could look like, and instead gives the potential buyer a beautifully presented house right on the spot.

    How do we Home Stage?

    The initial meeting will be a consultation. This is where we come in to take pictures and measurements of the rooms that we decide to stage.
    We will discuss paint colors, changes in flooring, and any repairs that need to be made.
    We use the furniture that you already have. If that is not possible, then we have the option to buy new furniture (one that you will take with you to the new house) or we rent furniture for you to use on a temporary basis, until the house is sold.  Accessories, bedding, bathroom items will all be added as well.
    We provide you with all the contacts that your home staging will need.
    If you need us to be there on Open House, we will come in with cleaning services, and then decorate with fresh flowers, plants, artwork, and catered food! All to "wow" potential buyers into giving them that "This is home" feeling.
    Our goal is to provide you with a service to ease your mind from all the details it takes to sell your home. Selling a home is stressful enough! Any amount of money you spend on Home Staging will come back to you ten (and maybe more) times over.
    Together, we will help you get your home sold for the highest profit!
