About Mary

My name is Mary Sitton, and I am a full-time Broker/Realtor with Gann Realty: a family-owned and

operated firm serving both buyers and sellers needs since 1996. We have offices in Hendersonville North

Carolina, Seneca South Carolina, and Land O' Lakes Florida.

My goal is to make my clients feel comfortable enough to ask the questions it takes to know that I'm working hard for their best interests, not my own. I LOVE helping people! I have a beautiful three year- old daughter that helps me when she's not in preschool. I'm very blessed to be doing what I love to do, and have my daughter learn the importance of helping others.

Hendersonville, North Carolina is a wonderful place to call home. I relocated from Tampa Florida in 1992, and moving here was a difficult transition for me. I believe that's why I identify with newcomers. It's more than just finding the perfect home; It's meeting people with similar interests and finding your place in the community. When I'm not helping people with their real estate needs, I enjoy discovering new and better ways to help my clients. I also enjoy boating on Lake Keowee with my family and friends, hiking, tennis and gardening.
